How to live a Healthy Life 😃❓

Living a healthy life is very important for everyone💝. It helps us  stay active🏃, happy😃 and free from diseases😁.

If we want to live a healthy life , we should eat balance and nutritious food🍉. Drinking plenty of water 💧is also important for our body.

Not only that, We always try to do at least 30 minutes or one hour of exercise every day🏃. Then we can keep our body fit and strong💪.

Getting enough good sleep😴 and rest are also help us maintain good health. Also we must try to maintain well-being and mental well- being very well.  So we should always positively and reduce stress😀.
We should always keep our surroundings clean and main good hygiene.

If we have any bad habits like smoking😥 and drinking🍻, they can harm our health.

Finally I think, a healthy lifestyle is more important for everyone. So we should always take care of our body and mind😍💗.
