Memorable day in my life

Everyone has unforgettable days in their lives.  I also have some special days  in my life. Among them one of the most  memorable day in my life was the day I got selected for the University in government. 

This was a dream for me and my parents. I had been waiting for this day for long time.


Also my father was eagerly waiting for this day. But unfortunately, ha has passed away from me before this unforgettable day came in to my life.

 I felt both happy and sad at the same time. Happy because my dream came true, and sad because, he wasn't there to share this special moment with me.

Even though he is not with me, his blessings and dreams have guided me to achieve this success. This day will always remain close to my heart, reminding me of both joy and love.

Our country has a long and very pride history and culture. There are many famous and historical places in our country. Such as Anuradhapura, Sigiriya, Kandy are some of them.These places places show the ancient heritage of my country. There are many different religions and cultures in Sri Lanka. They live very friendly with others. Sinhala and Tamil are the main languages spoken in the country. Sri Lanka is famous for Tea, spices and delicious food. Rice and curry is the most popular traditional meal in our country. I am proud to be a citizen of Sri Lanka. Because it is a peaceful and beautiful country in the world. I Love my Country.
